Senior Product Developer
Dave is Senior Product Developer at RTech. He has over 30 years of healthcare technology experience developing revenue enhancement solutions for hospital and government programs. Dave is responsible for the design, build and implementation of RTech’s all payer revenue discovery product – RSource.
Prior to joining RTech, Dave was a Director at Health Management Systems. As Director for Third Party Liability (TPL), he managed the full product development lifecycle for HMS’ core TPL service offering and developed a wide range of applications to expand HMS revenue recovery services on behalf of government health programs. Dave holds a B.A. from the University of California, Davis and a M.A. in Economics and Education from Columbia University.
