Performance Based Fees

RTech feels strongly that clients should not pay us until we produce value. Therefore, all of our discovery based services are based on performance fees. Once discovered accounts are validated, correctly billed and the cash is received, we prepare an invoice for our fees. Our fees are based on the fact that accounts are simply not referred to us. We discover billable items. That’s a big difference.

And, there is no upfront payment. Our fees are directly related to our results. Why? Based on our experience most organizations have some marginal revenue and cash that needs to be recovered. Further, we believe that if we deliver value, clients will want RTech to continue to help.
